After an overwhelming success at last years festival, we are thrilled that Kernow Springs will be returning again this year with their private space of natural sanctuary run entirely from the power of burning wood. Indulge yourself in their wood fired hot tubs, wood fired sauna yurt, hot & cold showers, private changing rooms & cosy Bedouin chill out lounge complete with huge bean bags, rugs & throws – a place for you to relax & unwind.
Are you in need of some serious pampering to set you up for the day? Or maybe your very own late night, Champagne VIP party is more what you had in mind? Two hour Spa sessions run from 6pm 'till Midnight on Wednesday and from 11am 'till midnight on Thursday to Sunday, with stunning panoramic sea views!

When Nature Calls (Luxury Loos)
If you want to treat yourself to a toilet upgrade at Boardmasters then posh loo company ‘When Nature Calls’ will be back on site providing flushing toilets that will be cleaned after every single use! Perfect for those of you who like a bit of luxury!
Returning to Boardmasters for a 4th year, When Nature Calls aims to make your festival experience that little bit different by providing flushing WCs with warm water hand washing facilities, soap, mirrors and hand towels.
When Nature Calls have added a hair washing & styling facility which allows guests to wash their hair with warm water, whilst also giving you the ability to dry and style using GHD straighteners! Make up zones will also be available to ensure you can look your very best all weekend!

Jolly Green Sherpa's
Ever struggled getting all of your gear from the car park to the campsite at festivals? Those days are over…
The Jolly Green Sherpas are supplying Boardmasters with a team of friendly staff, each equipped with a flatbed wheelbarrow, to carry or ‘sherpa’ your luggage for you.
If you are struggling with your bags, just look out for the teams of Sherpas in the car park, where they will be waiting to help you. They will then get you and your luggage to the exact spot that you wish to pitch your tent, no fuss!
The Green Sherpa’s service can be purchased on site when you arrive.
Charge Candy, the UK’s biggest festival phone charging company, will be returning ashore for another year to join us at Boardmasters 2017! These power mad folk have been keeping your phones charged at all the biggest and best festivals since 2009. You may already know them, but for those yet to have had the pleasure – look out for the big blue stands, you can’t miss them!

Charity Concierges will be at Boardmasters to help maximise your festival time - look out for their purple bell boy uniforms!
Need some help pitching your tent?
If the last thing you want to do when you arrive is wrestle with tent poles, then help is at hand. Depending on the size of your tent, donate £5 - £15 to a Charity Concierge and they’ll gladly put up your tent while you sit back and relax with a cold beer in hand. You will find Charity Concierge roaming the campsites and at their HQ in the Campsite Village.
Fancy a drink, but the bar seems so far away?
If you’ve got a great spot in the crowd, you no longer need to leave it to queue at the bar! Donate just £5 to send a Charity Concierge instead - they’ll skip the queue and bring up to four drinks back in double-quick time. You will find Charity Concierge roaming the arena and at their HQ near the Main Stage.
